Decades of infrastructure investment experience as a team

Abe Abraham is the Chief Financial Officer at Augment and has over 20 years of experience in private equity operation. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Global Funds Controller at EIG Global Energy Partners, a global investment firm with over $40 billion of committed capital focused on energy and infrastructure. Before joining EIG, he served as Funds Controller at IFC Asset Management Company (AMC). Prior to his time at AMC, Abe also worked at Contour Global, The Carlyle Group, American Capital and SEI Investments.

Abe is a Certified Public Accountant, not in public practice, and has an MSc from Temple University and a BSc from Greensboro College.

Deepali Bahl is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure with 20+ years of infrastructure and private equity investment experience. Previously, she was Head (2019-21) and Principal (since 2013) at the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund. Prior to that, she spent 15 years with PineBridge Investments (formerly AIG Global Investments) in Hong Kong including as Managing Director at the time of her departure, and 3 years with Peregrine Capital’s M&A team. Deepali has served on the board of the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (2019-21).

Deepali has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a BComm from Sydenham College, Mumbai.

Nikita is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure with 13 years of infrastructure investing and finance experience. Prior to Augment, he was a Director with Standard Chartered in Singapore covering energy and infrastructure transactions in Asia Pacific and an investment professional at the IFC Asset Management Company. Nikita began his career in project finance and natural resources teams with Standard Chartered in New York and Singapore.

Nikita has a BSc from SOAS, University of London.

Yeages Cowan is Legal Advisor at Augment Infrastructure. Previously, she was Senior Counsel in IFC's Legal Department, based in the General Counsel's office. Prior to joining IFC, Yeages was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, and worked in the New York, Washington, D.C. and London offices, specializing in project finance, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and public offerings and private placements. Her early career was in South Africa, where she worked at Bowman Gilfillan and at Garlicke & Bousfield.

Yeages has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Natal and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Viktor Kats is a Managing Partner of Augment Infrastructure, which he co-founded together with Darius Lilaoonwala, following a successful career of investing in infrastructure in emerging markets globally. Prior to founding Augment, Viktor was co-head of IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, a US$1.2 billion fund managed by IFC Asset Management Company (AMC). Viktor was a founding member of AMC and a Founding Director of the Global Infrastructure Investor Association. He was also a Principal with IFC Infrastructure (1998–2008). His early career was in Russia and involved roles as a sale-side equity analyst with Sector Capital and Creditanstalt Investment Bank.

Morgan Landy brings to Augment Infrastructure 30 years of experience of investing across the infrastructure sectors in emerging markets and managing global senior-level relationships with clients, partners and governments. Prior to Augment, Morgan held a series of leadership positions at IFC including as Global Head of Power and Renewable Energy, Director of ESG, and, most recently, as Global Director for Infrastructure. He has led IFC’s infrastructure and energy global practice groups with oversight of global client relationships, investment operations and advisory services covering an investment portfolio of up to US$15bn.

Prior to joining IFC, Morgan worked at Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a MA from SAIS at Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.

Julio is a Technical Advisor at Augment Infrastructure and has more than 35 years of experience in the power generation, transmission and distribution sectors. In his most recent role, he was the Chief Power Engineer at the IFC. Prior to this, he was the President and CEO of COBEE, the largest Bolivian power company.

Julio has a PhD from Dortmund University and a BSc from Universidad Mayor de San Andres.

Darius Lilaoonwala is a Managing Partner of Augment Infrastructure, which he co-founded together with Viktor Kats, following a successful career of investing in infrastructure in emerging markets globally. Prior to founding Augment, Darius was co-head of IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, a US$1.2 billion fund managed by IFC Asset Management Company (AMC). Darius was the global head of equity for IFC’s infrastructure business from 2010-2012. Between 2001-2010, Darius was the Global Head for power sector investments at IFC.

Darius has an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.Com from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Juan Ricardo Noero is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure with 30 years experience in infrastructure project structuring and management. Between 2010 and 2022, he was CEO of Puerto Bahía S.A., a large-scale port terminal in Colombia for which he led planning, design, financing, construction and operations. Juan Ricardo also served as Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Colombia between 2002 and 2006 where he was responsible for the structuring of over US3 billion in infrastructure projects across the country.

Suhitha is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure and has 15 years of infrastructure investing and finance experience. Previously, she was a member of the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, a US$1.2 billion fund managed by IFC Asset Management Company (AMC), where she was responsible for investments in Latin America and Asia in the water, telecommunications, and power sectors. Prior to this, Suhitha worked as a Latin American synthetic equity trader at Deutsche Bank, a member of IFC’s infrastructure investment team, and an investment banker at Citigroup.

Suhitha has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from MIT.

Bradley is the joint-CEO of OMAI and Head of Private Markets of Old Mutual Investments. Prior to his role as Head of Private Markets, Bradley was CEO of Old Mutual Specialized Finance. He started his career in the financial services division of KPMG and was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London.

Bradley has a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
Bradley Kalil

Olusola is Managing Director and co-Head at AIIM, Africa’s largest infrastructure equity investment manager. He has close to two decades of corporate finance and infrastructure equity investing experience across European and African markets. Prior to joining AIIM in 2011, he worked at Macquarie Group in the European Infrastructure Funds team in London.

Olusola has a BSc Economics from University College, London.
